I see a prayer warrior as someone going into battle with world around us.You praying in the spirit against principalities and the things of this dark world. Intercession is something I have taken alot of time to research however I do not claim to know everything. There is a really nice book by dutch sheets on intercession if anyone wants to learn more.Teresahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16207238197699114788noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3621569952338337638.post-48440138583729146582007-11-28T19:25:00.000-06:002007-11-28T19:25:00.000-06:00Hey Becca,When I was reading what you said about t...Hey Becca,

When I was reading what you said about the dishes, I thought of myself. If I misplace something... for instance my keys, a book, etc... no matter how small, I will stop and say "Lord, if it is your will, please let me find what I'm looking for" Many people would say that is dumb to pray for such small things, but the Bible teaches that we are to bring EVERYTHING to God in prayer!! Why not pray about the things that we think are "small"?

I agree that we should all be willing to stop what we are doing an pray, if someone asks us to... or if the Lord tells us to.

I like your definition of a prayer warrior!! Sometimes the devil will tell us that because what we are doing for the Lord isn't "public", what we do doesn't matter. But I believe that the Lord takes notice of EVERYTHING we do for Him no matter how big or small. (Whether cleaning the church, wittnessing, or just praying at home!) We need to remember that prayer is VERY important!!

Good post Sis!! :)
Love ya,
JessicaJessica https://www.blogger.com/profile/09805230550850536553noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3621569952338337638.post-21538369465085014872007-11-28T16:39:00.000-06:002007-11-28T16:39:00.000-06:00Thanks for the Thanksgiving wishes! Ehp 6
So I can be at home and in the spirit I am called to battle against the forces of evil by drawing my sword-the word of God. We bind on earth through our prayers what by God's will has already been bound in heaven. We usher in His will by our prayers. We are to pray at all times but I do believe that sometimes burdens are given to Gods people. If we will accept the burden God joins with it His power to bring down and demolish all strong holds.
If we can carry worries around-and we shouldn't--can't we carry the burdens of God?
We fight the good fight. We are warriors. Not called to wear the armor of Saul but the armor of the Lord. He prepares us to go to war. We stand ready for our assignment.Sharon Brumfieldhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04662853880018410132noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3621569952338337638.post-83243641702257014852007-11-27T19:01:00.000-06:002007-11-27T19:01:00.000-06:00Excellant...thank you for answering my post on you...Excellant...thank you for answering my post on your blog...I appreciate it...
My reason for this was because of spending so much home due to fibromyalgia and feeling rather useless at times....or really not in the BATTLE.....but I know I can uphold those in the battle...whatever it is....and I have Pray without Ceasing hanging in my kitchen on my blackboard....as a reminder that our life should be a prayer...that everything no matter how trivial matters to God...
Great article/post
Deby~~Debyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03288057520112643825noreply@blogger.com
